The main character is Billy Budd he is a sea man. He is working in HMS Bellipotent. When the British navy was threaten by Revolutionary French Republic’s military ambitions, He is in another ship “The Rights of Man” and then his former ship move out Budd shouts. Billy take part in war against French. Billy is selected to manage the crew, He is selected because he have charismatic qualities. Billy look younger then his actual age. The novel is adapted in stage in 1951 by Louis O. Coxe. Peter Ustinov produce a film based on this novel in 1962.
